The anchor team forged test reports and hired "click farms" to induce purchases, forming a criminal chain of "production-supply-broadcast-sales."

Joint operations with public security authorities in 8 provinces and 11 cities led to the arrest of over 40 suspects, criminal detention of 39 people, closure of 15 live-stream rooms, with involved amounts exceeding 50 million yuan. Currently, the Haidian District Procuratorate has prosecuted the principal offenders.
In the first half of this year, the market supervision system completed 2.639 million food safety supervision samples, removed, sealed, or recalled 69,000 batches of substandard products; handled 181,000 food cases, with fines and confiscations of 740 million yuan, transferred 653 cases to judicial organs, and imposed 1,372 employment restrictions.
